WHAT HAPPENS AT CHECK-IN ~ Aug. 5 & Aug. 7

• School ID Card and School Photos – To order photos:

• Chromebook distribution – 9^th grade and new students
• Hearing & Vision Screening – 9^th grade and new students, Please wear/bring glasses &/or contacts
• Academic Fees WILL NOT be collected at check-in
• You will be notified once fees are posted and ready for payment!

• Please bring a copy of your letter of acceptance when pay for ACADEMIC FEES &/or ATHLETIC FEES!

Optional FEES to be purchased before Aug 5: 

• Parking Pass $45
• Student Athletic Pass $15~ Must be purchased before Student ID photo is taken!

Orientation for Freshmen and New Students Only

Thursday August 14^th

• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Students do not need to bring anything!
• Lunch will not be served!
• Transportation (303-646-6790) will contact you about bus routes & pick-up times ~ or you may call them!

1^st Day of School

• Friday, August 15, at 7:45 AM   
• There are NO supply lists! 
• Students will receive supply list information from teachers on the 1^st two days of school!

2025-2026 ATHLETICS!!!

We are excited for the upcoming 2025-26 athletic year!!!

EHS sports offered this fall are:

• CROSS COUNTRY
• FLAG FOOTBALL ~ GIRLS
• FOOTBALL
• GOLF ~ BOYS
• GYMNASTICS
• SOCCER ~ BOYS
• SOFTBALL ~ GIRLS
• VOLLEYBALL ~ GIRLS
• SPIRIT ~ Tryouts were held last spring.

• Official start date for Boys Golf is:  AUGUST 4 
  • It is recommended that all athletes be "cleared" (registered, fee paid & athletic physical submitted) by AUGUST 1
• Official start date for all other sports listed above:  AUGUST 11
  • It is recommended that all athletes be "cleared" by AUGUST 8

 In order to participate in any sport, ALL athletes must be registered & cleared before the official start date of that sports season. 

FAMILY PASS INFO

WHAT IS A FAMILY PASS? – EHS offers families the opportunity to attend as many HOME (only) games as possible for the 2025-26 athletic seasons  through the purchase of a “Family Pass.”   This pass allows immediate household members entrance into all HOME games (pass is not applicable for CHSAA sponsored events) for the 2025-26 school year. 

HOW MUCH IS IT? - The pass is $150.00.  If your family plans to attend most of our football, basketball, gymnastics or volleyball events… this pass is for you!  Passes can be bought, with cash/check, only at the Finance office, or at the ticket gate of all games. 

WHAT ARE THE NORMAL TICKET PRICES FOR GAMES? - $7 for adults and $5 for students (subject to change).

WHEN CAN I BUY A FAMILY PASS? – The “Family passes” will be available to purchase at Student Check In & anytime thereafter.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE “FAMILY PASS” AND THE “EHS ATHLETIC CARD”? – Yes!  If you purchase the “$15 EHS Student Athletic Card” for your EHS student, then only your student gets into events with his/her school ID. 

• The “Family Pass” is good for all immediate household members    (i.e. Mom, Dad, Children of same household) admittance to games, including your EHS student.  If you are planning to purchase a “Family Pass,” your EHS student will NOT need to buy the “EHS Student Athletic Card."
